Ordering, certification and delivery
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the grade and product form. For stocked grades and standard sizes we accept orders from around 20 kg. For special grades, non-standard sizes or grades requiring a dedicated melt, MOQ is typically 500 kg to 2 tonnes. Tell us the grade, size and quantity and we will confirm the applicable minimum.
How fast can you quote and deliver?
Enquiries are answered within 10 minutes during working hours and a detailed quotation follows within 24 hours. Stocked standard sizes ship in about 7–15 days. Production orders for special grades take roughly 4–8 weeks depending on melting, forging, heat treatment and testing requirements.
Which mill test certificate do you provide?
EN 10204 3.1 is standard and included with every shipment. Inspection by an independent third-party inspector or your nominated representative can be arranged on request. Certificates are traceable by heat number through melting, forging, heat treatment and inspection records.
Can you supply to ASTM, ASME, AMS, DIN and GB standards?
Yes. We routinely supply to ASTM and ASME specifications, AMS aerospace specifications, DIN/EN equivalents and Chinese GB and GJB standards. If your project requires a specific standard not listed, send the specification and we will confirm capability.
Do you support NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 for sour service?
Yes. Grades including Inconel 625, Inconel 718, Inconel 725, Monel K-500 and Incoloy 825 can be supplied in compliance with NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156, with the required hardness limits and heat treatment condition stated on the certificate.
Can you produce custom sizes and drawing-based parts?
Yes. We supply cut-to-length bar and tube, custom plate sizes and fully machined parts to your drawings. In-house laser cutting, steel strip rolling, machining centres and wire cutting mean fewer hand-offs and shorter lead times.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
Standard terms are T/T with deposit and balance before shipment, or an irrevocable letter of credit at sight for larger orders. We ship by sea, air and courier worldwide, and handle export documentation, packing and marking for international delivery.
How do I choose between Inconel 625 and Inconel 718?
Choose 625 when corrosion resistance and weldability govern — seawater, chemical, FGD and welded fabrications. Choose 718 when strength governs — it reaches about 1275 MPa tensile after ageing versus 830 MPa for 625. See the full comparison in our insights library.
Do you provide material samples for evaluation?
Yes. Small samples of stocked grades can be sent for evaluation, usually with a certificate copy. For special grades we can supply a test piece from a production heat. Contact us with the grade, size and quantity needed.
