Open die, closed die and ring rolling of alloy forgings

Billet or ingot heating in gas carburising-free furnaces with charted thermal records
Open-die forging on 500T and 100T CNC presses for shafts, blocks and step-up forgings
Closed-die (impression) forging for flanges, hubs and aerospace shapes with grain-flow control
Ring rolling on the radial-axial mill for seamless rings up to 3.5 m diameter
Solution annealing or age heat treatment; rough machining on request
UT per ASTM E2375 / GB/T 6402, macro-etch, dimensional report and certification

Every stage is heat-number traceable; furnace charts, NDT records and test data are retained and issued with the mill certificate.
